§1 General Provisions
- This Terms and Conditions sets out the rules for using the online store available at https://bestcollect.pl, in particular:
- rules for placing orders,
- rules for concluding sales contracts,
- rules for order fulfilment,
- complaint procedure,
- rules for withdrawal from the contract.

§2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Store – the online store available at https://bestcollect.pl
Seller – SALLS Bartłomiej Porębski conducting business activity at ul. Platanowa 9, 20-826 Lublin.
Client – a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a natural person concluding a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Product – goods available for sale in the Store.
Sales contract – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Client and the Seller via the Store.
§3 Rules for Using the Store
- Use of the store is possible provided that the Client’s IT system meets the following minimum requirements:
- Internet access,
- a web browser capable of displaying WWW pages,
- an active email account.
- The Client is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
- It is prohibited for the Client to provide unlawful content.
§4 Placing Orders
- Orders in the store can be placed via the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an order, the Client must:
- select a product available in the store,
- add the product to the basket,
- fill in the order form,
- choose the delivery and payment method,
- confirm the order.
- Placing an order constitutes the Client’s offer to conclude a sales contract.
- After placing the order, the Client receives an email confirming its acceptance.
- The sales contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order.
§5 Pre-sale (Preorder)
- The Store may offer products marked as “Pre-sale” or “Preorder”.
- Products offered in pre-sale are goods whose availability depends on the allocation granted to the Seller by the manufacturer or official distributor.
- Placing an order for a product marked as pre-sale means the Client’s expression of demand; however, the final availability of the product may change after the Seller receives allocation information from the distributor.
- Accordingly, concluding a sales contract for products offered in pre-sale does not guarantee its execution, and the order may be subject to:
- quantity changes,
- partial fulfilment,
- cancellation.
- These decisions may result from production limitations or decisions by the manufacturer or distributor regarding the allocated stock.
- If it is not possible to fulfil the order in whole or in part, the Seller will promptly inform the Client.
§6 Prices and Payments
- All product prices shown in the store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
- Product prices include taxes required by law.
- The Client may make payment for the order in the following ways:
- bank transfer,
- electronic payment,
- Detailed information on payment methods is available in the Store.
§7 Pricing and Descriptive Errors
- The Seller makes every effort to ensure that prices and product descriptions are correct.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error or product description error, resulting in particular from an IT system error or human error, the Seller reserves the right to:
- cancel the order,
- offer the Client to fulfil the order at the correct price.
§8 Purchase Limits
- The Seller may introduce quantity limits on the purchase of selected products.
- Limits may be specified in the product description or in a notice on the store’s website.
- The Seller reserves the right to:
- cancel the order in whole or in part,
- limit the number of ordered products,
in the event of detected circumvention of purchase limits, in particular by placing multiple orders or using different user accounts.
§9 Delivery
- Product delivery is carried out within Poland and other countries indicated in the store’s offer.
- Delivery costs are indicated during the order placement.
- Order fulfilment time usually takes from 2 to 12 working days, this term does not apply to orders marked as pre-sale.
- Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier.
§10 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the product is received.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by sending an email to:
info@bestcollect.pl - The Consumer is obliged to return the product no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
- The returned product should be sent back in an undamaged condition, showing no signs of use and suitable for resale, together with the original packaging, if it was provided with the product.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
In the case of collectible products sold in original, sealed packaging (“sealed”), any damage, breach, or removal of the external protective foil or factory seal of the product results in the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract, due to the impossibility of restoring the product to a condition that allows its further resale as a new product.
In particular, opening the packaging of a collectible “sealed” product excludes the possibility of its return.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer, unless the Seller has informed otherwise.
- Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of completion of the returned goods verification.
§11 Complaints
- The Seller is obliged to deliver a product free from defects.
- The Client has the right to submit a complaint in case of detecting a product defect.
- Complaints can be submitted:

- in writing to the address: ul. Platanowa 9, 20-826 Lublin
- The complaint should include:
- Client’s details,
- description of the defect,
- request regarding the complaint.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days.
§12 Personal Data
- The administrator of Clients’ personal data is SALLS Bartłomiej Porębski.
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfilment and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.
§13 Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of Polish law.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important legal or organisational reasons.
- The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the store’s website.
- The Terms and Conditions are effective from 06.03.2026.
